In our work, we use only environmentally friendly and safe materials - high-rise beech, high-quality board materials made on modern European lines, which have certificates of compliance with a high class of material safety. Our production is based on clean technologies and natural materials. In Ukraine, among manufacturers of children's furniture, we were the first to install an automatic painting line. The entire dyeing process is carried out in an electrostatic field exclusively with an aqueous product. Thanks to this, we get a better and more environmentally friendly coating for our products. For the manufacture of children's furniture, we use solid beech and alder and plywood (FSC certificate). Our quality control protocol takes more than seven checkpoints. We use special water-based paints from Acroma Becker / Sherwin William (Sweden / USA), suitable for electrostatic painting lines with an additional UV pole and a three-stage grinding process, which ensures an excellent finish to our coating units. Our cribs are coated with a top coat of paint with silver molecular ions, which forms an antibacterial shield. In our warehouses, only certified chipboard and MDF E1 are used, which complies with safety class E1, and also complies with the Safety Standards EC-716 / 14749 / 12221.
