All goods purchased in our online store are subject to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

Importantly!

Check the integrity of the goods before acknowledging receipt (directly at the warehouse of the carrier company or from the courier of the transport company)! Please note that upon receipt of the goods, it is necessary to check the integrity of the packaging, the goods and its individual elements! In case of defects in packaging or goods (to replace the goods), you must write a claim to the transport company about improper transportation (to the branch or from the courier), take a picture of the claim and the goods, and also notify the manager of the online store! 

Note! We are not responsible for goods that have not been checked for mechanical damage directly upon receipt from the carrier.
